The Ocala Veterans Park is about two miles east of Ocala on Silver Springs Boulevard/US 40 at the intersection of Silver Springs Blvd and NE 25th Avenue. Technically the park does not have an address since it is not completed. However, it is very easy to reach.

FROM INTERSTATE 75

If you are travelling on Interstate 75, north or south, take exit #352 and head east. This road is Silver Springs Blvd/US 40. Your next turn is a right into the park. Travel east 5.0 miles. You will be going through downtown Ocala. In about a mile you will see a large antenna which appears to be in the middle of the road. When you come to Silver Springs Blvd. And NE 25th Avenue, you are almost there. You can see the park just past the large antenna which is on the park property. Go through that intersection about a block and make a right turn into the park You will see the Marion County Library on your left and an Aaron’s Rental store on your right. This is Veterans Drive – the park is straight ahead with plenty of parking.

FROM INTERSTATE 95

If you are heading south or north on Interstate 95, make an exit marked for US 40 in Daytona Beach. Head west towards Ocala. Your next turn is a left into the park. You will go through the Barberville exit on US 40, and many other small communities. When you pass through Silver Springs you are very close. Continue heading west. Travel through NE 36th Avenue, a large intersection. The park is about a mile away. Look for the large antenna as a point of reference. When you see an Albertson’s grocery store on your right, make a left across Silver Springs Blvd and into the entrance to the park. This is just before reaching NE 25th Avenue. You should also see the new Marion County library on your left and an Aaron’s Rental store on your right. The is Veterans Drive – the park is straight ahead with plenty of parking.
